Images with Adjustments - How it works

In order for RawHide to generate JPEG versions of your originals with adjustments included it first generates a high quality 16 bit TIFF version of the original image. That TIFF is then compressed and saved to the filesystem as a JPEG at the quality you've selected.

This process is dependent on the "TIFF - Original Size (16-bit)" export profile in Aperture. If this profile is missing RH will be unable to generate the JPEGs with adjustments. If the profile was modified in any way the resulting JPEG may be of lower quality than expected or scaled inappropriately.

To verify, revert , or re-create the "TIFF - Original Size (16-bit)" profile select the following menu item in Aperture:
