The filename of two photos are the same. For me this was the lowest priority of possible duplication. There are many reasons it might happen, but it has found some dupes that were not detected by hash or date duplication. This was because the images were edited in some way at some time, but for some reason the date tag got modified. When that image got imported it had the same filename as the original.
